I am incredibly excited you're here because I know life coaching has the power to completely change your life. How do I know this? Because it changed mine and let me tell you, I was a mess! Abandoned by my father at age two, abusive relationships, two divorces, becoming a single mom at 39, suffering from anxiety and depression, and loads of self-destructive decisions brought me to the brink. However, as I type this, I have never felt more joy, more confidence, and more excitement for life than I do right now!

Hi! I am Tammy-Lynn, yes it is my first name, the 70s were full of hyphenated names, and after so many name changes due to my mom's two marriages and two of my own, it's hard to keep up, so Tammy Lynn it is, but you, my friend, can call me Tammy.

I am a Transformation and Mindset Coach and I am here to empower you to manifest your best life by strengthening your self-worth and transforming self-limiting beliefs into self love, joy, and total and utter fulfillment. My desire is to support you in creating the extraordinary life you desire. I am passionate about transformation and I know that it is possible to live a life full of all the things that make you giddy inside. I did it, and Honey, you can too!

I started my career as a full-time filer at a trucking company. It was the most boring and mundane work I could ever imagine, but I was no slouch and I worked my tail off. Within a year, I was also trained at reception and customer service. When the branch closed, senior management gave me a glowing reference at another large trucking firm. I was hired on the spot as a receptionist and administrative assistant. From there, I grew my skills until I eventually landed my then dream job as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of an oil and gas firm. I was a natural helper, it was my calling.
It didn't take long for me to realize that being an executive assistant wasn't how I wanted to help. I started to feel a pull to help those who were suffering on the inside and having it play out in their lives. I had always been a good listener and attracted wounded souls. While continuing my work as an EA and at the encouragement of my sister-in-law, I started reading various books and signed up for many classes and workshops. I learned about energy, manifestation, angels, numerology, auras, and so much more. I became fascinated with it all; I couldn't get enough. After not too long, I signed up for a reiki certification class. As I used this energy healing modality, I was in awe of how it shifted and healed so many. In 2008, I became certified as a Reiki Master. It was the breakthrough I needed. Almost a year later, in 2009, I became a certified Hypnotherapist. I absolutely loved working with clients and being part of their journey.

In 2010, after a decade of infertility, I delivered my first child. By the end of 2013, I was the mom to three incredible daughters. More than anything, I wanted to be home with them, to raise them, to witness every second of their lives. Seeing their awe for life made me realize that I owed it to myself and them to start following my dreams. It was time to stop ignoring that nagging feeling inside of me, telling me to get out there are start helping.

At the time, my then husband and I needed a two-person income, so after my first daughter was born, I continued my role as an EA in a part-time capacity; until 2015 when the nagging feeling was so loud, that I couldn't ignore it any longer. I had to start creating change in all areas of my life and I did just that. It wasn't easy, but now, looking back, I wouldn't have it any other way. The pain, sometimes excruciating pain, was absolutely worth the reward.

Since making that decision in 2015, I left my husband, fell into severe depression, moved 3 times, made a decision to create change in my life, and as cliché as it may sound; rose from the motherf*cking ashes and soared. Baby, I AM soaring!

I am here to help you create the change that you desire and I will give you the tools to live your best life. I am your very own cheerleader, because I know you can do it and I am already so unbelievably proud of you for where you've come from and where you are going.
